I've been searching for my forever salon in NYC and I finally found it. The balayage Brittany did on my hair is exactly the sunkissed, natural look I wanted — not overdone, just beautiful. The whole team makes you feel so comfortable. The second floor location is cozy and the vibe is just perfect. Highly, highly recommend.
Came in for tape-in extensions and a color refresh. The extensions look completely seamless — nobody can tell they're not my real hair! The color match was spot on. This is genuinely one of the best salons for extensions in New York. Booking was easy and the staff are warm and professional. Will be back every 6-8 weeks.
My wife recommended Palms and she was right. Got a haircut and blowout and the result was excellent — clean, precise, and exactly what I asked for. Friendly staff, nice environment. The only thing is it can be hard to get an appointment on short notice since they're so popular. Definitely worth booking ahead.
